Messy Church?

Messy Church is . . . . . .

A once-a-month event for the whole family on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

Have you thought about coming to church but Sundays are just too busy?
Do you sometimes feel like a taxi service for your children as you take them from one activity to another?
Would you like to meet other families in the town?

Then Messy Church is for you…

A relaxed and informal church with a warm welcome for the whole
family with a variety of activities, worship and food plus the opportunity
to have fun and make a mess!

Children (accompanied by an adult) have a place to meet new friends and learn new things.
Parents, grandparents, carers etc have a place to spend quality time with your family and make links with other families.

The Programme

15.30 – 16.45	Welcome and activities based on the theme for the day
16.45 – 17.00	A short time of celebration in the church as we draw together today’s activities
17.00 –	A simple meal together. No need to rush home to cook a meal.

There is no charge for Messy Church, which is supported by Fareham
Methodist Church although donations are always gratefully received.
